Shipping to countries within the European Union:
The selectable delivery option with DHL is only possible in this webshop in the European Union EU.
Here, a flat rate for packaging and shipping including transport insurance corresponding to the value is additionally charged.

Shipping to countries outside the European Union:
The delivery takes place according to Incoterms exWorks, this means that the buyer assumes all costs associated with the transport, i.e. forwarding / courier, customs clearance and other costs associated with the transport.
In this case, "Pickup" can only be selected as the shipping option.

Packing size
Since most picture packaging exceeds the usual package size (120 × 60 × 60 cm), bulky goods must be sent.
Our standard parcel service DHL delivers bulky goods with a maximum girth of up to 360 cm in Germany and Austria. In all other countries, bulky goods are transported by DHL to a girth of max. 300 cm limited.
The packaging dimensions and the belt dimensions are specified on each item detail page.
(The girth is calculated as follows: girth = length  2 × width  2 × height)
